Capacity Building

Our experts have worked around the world advising on sustainable criminal justice reform. Our dedicated network of experts can provide a wide range of technical assistance that includes legislative drafting, effective governance, institutional capacity building and mentoring.

International Judicial Cooperation

We have presented at workshops and trained law enforcement officers, prosecutors and judges in more than thirty jurisdictions to advance international judicial cooperation. Our experts have a wealth of experience in extradition and mutual legal assistance and have worked with key stakeholders in-country to draft practitioner Guides, developed sustainable training programmes and created websites to enable effective cooperation between States.

Electronic Evidence

Access to electronic evidence is vital to tackle terrorism and organised crime. The development of Guides to speedily access electronic evidence has been drafted for the United Nations, European Union and the International Association of Prosecutors to mentor and train around the world.

Asset Recovery

iJust delivers effective strategies to recover unlawfully acquired assets in challenging environments – through legislative drafting and mentoring financial intelligence units and prosecutors in complex and sophisticated money laundering, corruption and asset recovery matters.
